Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Janus Studio provides group memberships that give members shared access to third-party digital subscriptions and related services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Janus Studio.

2. Account Rules

By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Maintain the security of your account and password.
• Not share your account with any other person.

Memberships are personal, single-user, and non-transferable. Each account is for use by one individual only.

3. Membership Rules

A membership activates once payment is successfully processed, and lasts for 12 months from the date of activation. You may cancel a membership's renewal at any time before it expires; cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for the current membership period.

Access to the group is removed once your membership expires. A new renewal payment is required to regain access.

4. Payment Policy

All payments are processed through Stripe. Janus Studio does not store your full card details. All payments are non-refundable.

No refunds are provided for, including but not limited to:

• Leaving a group before your membership expires.
• Deleting your account.
• Losing access due to a Terms violation.
• Any remaining, unused membership time.

5. Credential / Resource Access Rules

Where a membership includes access credentials for a shared resource, you must not:

• Share those credentials with anyone else.
• Sell or resell access to any other person.
• Distribute or redistribute the underlying resource.
• Allow another person to use your account to access it.

Violating this section may result in immediate account termination and membership removal, without a refund.

6. Account Termination

Janus Studio may suspend or terminate your account, at its discretion, for reasons including fraud, credential sharing, abuse of the platform, security threats, or any other violation of these Terms.

7. Third-Party Services

Janus Studio relies on the following third-party services to operate:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Google OAuth — optional sign-in and authentication.
• Resend — transactional emails (e.g. verification, receipts, membership notices).
• Sentry — error monitoring, where enabled.

8. Account Deletion

Deleting your account removes your access to the platform and cancels any active membership access. Account deletion does not entitle you to a refund for any prior payment.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may change over time. A future version may require you to accept the updated Terms again before you can continue using the platform.
