Account

• Your name.
• Your email address.
• A securely hashed version of your password.
• Authentication information, if you sign in with Google.

Membership

• Which groups you have joined.
• Your membership status.
• Your membership's activation and expiry dates.

Payments

• Transaction records (amount, date, and status).
• Payment status, as reported by Stripe.

We do not collect or store your full card number — payment details are handled directly by Stripe.

How We Protect Your Information

Passwords are never stored in plain text — they are hashed using an industry-standard, one-way hashing algorithm. Sensitive account credentials that Janus Studio manages on your behalf are encrypted at rest. Access to your data within Janus Studio is restricted to what is needed to operate your account and membership.

Third-Party Services

We share the minimum information necessary with the third-party services that operate the platform: Stripe (payments), Google (optional sign-in), Resend (transactional email), and, where enabled, Sentry (error monitoring). See our Terms of Service for what each of these services is used for.
